History is one important factor to determine the success of the human race today, but over time it increasingly forgotten history until a civilization will only end up being just a myth. There are many mysteries in our past that old, but there may be a clue to know the past around the world in the form of city ruins, ancient buildings, hieroglyphics, artwork, and more. Along the development of science and human curiosity to the lost ancient civilization is created method - a new method ensures more accurate information or at least close to a truth.
Here are ten jigsaw - the most interesting puzzle that is still an interesting mystery to me to discuss.
1. Treasure EGYPT IN THE GRAND CANYON
On 5 April 1909 a newspaper "Arizona Gazette" featuring an entitled "Explorations in Grand Canyon: Remarkable finds indicate ancient people migrated from Orient." According to the article, the expedition was funded by the Smithsonian Institute and discovered artifacts in a cave carved in stone by human hands, it was also found tablets bearing hieroglyphics, copper weapons, statues of Egyptian gods and mummies.
Although very interesting, the truth of this story is questionable only because the site was never again found. Does the article was just a hoax? "Although not negligible that the whole story is an elaborate newspaper hoax," says researcher David Hatcher Childress alone.
2. AGE PYRAMID AND THE SPHINX
Most Ancient Egyptians believed in the highlands of the Great Sphinx of Giza around 4,500 years old. However, this number is just that - a belief, a theory, not fact. As Robert Bauval says in "The Age of the Sphinx," "do not have any posts and none of them good evidence that carved on the walls written on papyrus. So when it was built?
John Anthony West challenged the age that the age of the Pyramids and Sphinx on the basis of a vertical weathering on the base, which could only be caused by water droplets in the form of heavy rain. The puzzle is the lines and scale of these figures they can only be identified from a high altitude. (They were rediscovered by accident in the 1930's by a pilot of the plane.) So what does that mean? Some people believe that they have astronomical purposes, while others think that they are made for religious ceremonies. The theory has recently shown the line resulted in valuable water resources, but nobody really knows.
4. ATLANTIS LOCATION
There are many theories about the true location of Atlantis because of SPAM e-mail in box. We get the legend of Atlantis from Plato who wrote about the place is beautiful, technologically advanced and size just as the continent in the year 370 BC, but the description of location is limited and equivocal. Of course, many concluded that Atlantis never really existed, but only a legend only. Those who think that indeed there has been a search for evidence or at least guidance on almost every corner of the world. Edgar Cayce's famous saying said the remains of Atlantis would be found in the vicinity of Bermuda, and in 1969, geometric rock formations found near Bimini believe that Cayce's prediction was right. It is estimated location of Atlantis, including Antarctica, Mexico, off the coast of England, maybe even off the coast of Cuba.
5. MAYA CALENDAR
Many people are afraid of the truth of this virtual calendar, may not be fun if the disaster is expected in 2000. All restless are based on the discovery that the Mayan "Long Count" calendar ends on that date in accordance with our December 21, 2012.What does this mean?
